Yeah some of the bells and whistles may be missing.  There are no cute people to check out or check you out.  There is no fancy soda machine or snack bar beckoning you, enticing you to look as you pound the treadmill.  There are no slick salespeople selling dreams.  But are the above positive elements for producing productive focused workouts?

I say no, they are not.  All they serve is to distract and to take you away from your primary purpose, which I hope, is the quest to be in your best shape possible.  At the typical gym, you are not free to focus on the job at hand, to leave your ego at the door, and do what actually works.

Benefits of a Private Exclusive Gym

and One-on-one Training

In the past, when I worked out in a public gym (pick a gym, any gym, I worked in the all), I could never fully free myself of my ego, which I now know was always a hindrance.  Not just a small hindrance, but a massive one.  I would lift a little too much just to show off and inevitably get injured.  I would always get distracted by the busyness going on all around me.  And just like me, the workout partners that I choose would also be distracted, so I could never focus on what I was doing, and was always focusing on them not focusing on me, again putting me at risk.

And if course, there was always somebody looking for trouble.  You know, the usual.  Somebody in a bad mood, or somebody who was bored.  One of the big boys taking their "medicine", and I was on "Their" machine.  The anxious person who hated their job with a sleep disorder always asking to "work in" although the rest of the gym was literally empty.  There was never a shortage of somebody looking for a fight.  This negative element was usually there and it bothered me.  I tried not to let it, but it took me away from my primary purpose, consistent, focused and productive training.

When I trained my clients, there was sense of  lack of continuity.  I could never count on a piece of equipment being available on demand.  So monitoring performance became problematic.  Never the less, I did the best I could, and they always received a great workout given the circumstances.

But underneath it all, I always felt that there was a better way.  And luckily I was right, beyond all my wildest expectations.  What can I say, having this gym is awesome!!  I can now focus with no distractions.  Listen to the music that I want at the volume that I want.  Whatever piece of equipment that I need to use is always there ready to go.  And because I can fully let go of my ego, I can now train purely for function, safely, effectively and efficiently in the least amount of time I never thought was possible.  It really is a dream come true.  And I would like to share that dream with you.  So come join me, for the most focused and productive workout of your life.
