Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduling:
- It would be preferred that you initially schedule at least one session a week. You can workout more than once a week, but will never more than 3 times a weeks.
- If it becomes apparent that you are overtraining, we can take a short layoff and/or start inserting more rest days in between workouts. For people who are very fit, two workouts a month may be more than enough to maintain their conditioning, and even improve. No joke!!!
- If you feel the need to workout immediately (within 12 hours of making the appointment/same day appointments), the price will be an additional $10.00 for any length session. I can't promise I will be available due to work schedule conflicts or prior appointments.
Cancellations:
​- I require equal to or more than 24 hours to cancel a session. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, unfortunately you will eat the cost of the session, unless of course there was an unforeseeable emergency. Sorry for this inconvenience.
