ABOUT ART: ADAPTION RESONSE TRAINING
A unique style of fitness training geared toward the busy professional and anyone else who doesn't have time to spend hours a day in the gym. For most people (there are exceptions), all it takes is 1/2 to 1 hour of training once a week or less to "trigger the adaption response." Once the adaption response is triggered, it is not only unnecessary, but undesirable and counterproductive to do any further exercise no matter what anybody says. This unique protocol includes all people from the skinny nervous ectomorph marathon runner-type, to the most muscular and hardcore of bodybuilders.
I look at training stimuli like a drug: Take too little, and it's ineffective. Take too much, and it can make you sick or outright injure you. But if you take the appropriate dose, you will get the appropriate and desired effect. This is what Adaption Response Training is all about.
But don't let the infrequent dose fool you, it's hard work. Knowing that every time you work out you are having a positive life-changing experience and that you are improving every single week is enough to the keep the momentum going until... you reach your upper limit of conditioning. This upper limit is called "Optimal health." When you are optimally healthy, you are the best you can be. You look great, think clearly, are emotionally stable, and able to perform daily tasks effortlessly and to the best of your ability. This introduction is but a small taste of what Adaption Response Training is all about. So now, let's begin our adventure. To the land of Optimal Health.
"I can't tell you what the Matrix is, you're just going to have to find out for yourself."
